Remnant 2 is the successor to 2019’s title, Remnant: From the Ashes. Like its prequel, there are many Archetypes you can choose from to start your souls-like journey offered by Gunfire Games. Finding yourself asking can you play Remnant 2 solo? The original game, Remnant: From the Ashes, had a big focus on multiplayer combat, with players encouraged to play through the story with CarcinogenSDA has some good examples of challenge runs(not remnants) + commentary, just to illustrate what I mean by thought process :) I watched the whole series and enjoyed it a lot anyways) Intensity and “omfg”sness of Claviger fight was the best 😀 Especially that last heavy roll on 25% hp through the beam 😄 I played (mostly) solo through the main campaign and clocked in about 27 hours. This is with doing some backtracking to get a good amount of the extra gear that I missed. In terms of replay value, I think that the game has plenty and when you add in multiplayer, even more. This game will have 3 difficulties Normal, Hard, Nightmare. The game vids with SoFech say that he is on Normal, and possibly a toned down developer build Normal. That still looked like a good fight so no shame it selecting that. I mostly roll solo so I think I will try Hard and see how it goes. They said you can switch difficulty on the fly but I like to start and finish with the same . I If you're just trying to get the exclusive hardcore loot as quickly and painlessly as possible, play solo normal. This will keep boss health as low as possible. With the right loadout, you will melt most bosses in under 20 seconds. This drastically reduces your chances of taking a dumb or unlucky death. Speaking of dumb or unlucky death, I The Root Mother was once human but made the decision to sacrifice herself in an attempt to interface with the Root hive mind and hinder it from the inside, going to the old church and physically binding herself to the Root there, transforming her into a human-root hybrid. Eventually the player frees her from her prison, and she returns to Ward You see, while you can play Remnant: From the Ashes solo, my full intent from the moment I knew it was co-op was to play through it with my nightly gaming crew. You can even join others peoples worlds to gather additional loot and bring it back to yours. It’s fun. One of my favorite games ever. It's doable solo, but definitely is designed for co-op first. Having played it a lot both solo and co-op, I don't get the sense that it's designed for co-op first at all.

is remnant from the ashes good solo
